Most Hoarding Cleanup calls come from a family member, landlord, or the individual themselves, often after years of the situation building up. Our Johnson City crews approach every job with patience.
Talk To A Technician
Hoarding cleanups require more than labor — they require a structured process that protects both belongings and the people involved.
Credentials aren't optional at Trauma Clean Pros — they're the baseline for every Hoarding Cleanup call in Johnson City.
Because we station technicians near Johnson City, scheduling stays flexible around the client's timeline.
Pricing is locked in before the first item is moved.
Every Johnson City crew is equipped to identify and separate biohazard material from salvageable belongings safely.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and underlying issues vary property to property.
Belongings are sorted methodically into salvage, donate, and dispose categories, with the client involved in decisions wherever possible.
Contamination found during sorting — from pests, spoiled food, or other biohazard material — is identified and remediated using certified protocols.
Mold growth hidden behind stacked belongings is common in long-term hoarding situations and gets flagged for remediation as it's uncovered.
We coordinate directly with pest control when infestation is found, so it's addressed as part of the same project.
The final phase includes sanitizing surfaces that contamination reached during the accumulation period.
Salvageable items are coordinated for donation, while non-salvageable material is disposed of properly, including any regulated biohazard waste.
A dispatcher takes your call at +1-844-401-0166 and schedules an in-person walkthrough at a time that works for you.
A technician visits your Johnson City property at the scheduled time to walk through the space and understand the scope firsthand.
After the walkthrough, technicians provide a written flat-rate quote and a proposed timeline before any sorting begins.
Work is completed in phases with client input throughout, closing with a final walkthrough and sanitization confirmation.

Every project gets a flat-rate quote after an on-site walkthrough, and that number doesn't change once we start.
Whenever possible, yes — we involve the client in sorting decisions rather than making unilateral calls about their property.
We're comfortable working alongside a case manager or family coordinator when one is involved in the process.
Mold and pest issues get documented and addressed through certified protocols or a trusted partner, not ignored.
Disposal and donation logistics are part of the standard Hoarding Cleanup scope, not an extra step you have to arrange.
